Twitter Inspires

Often I share with my followers what I have made for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even cocktails occasionally accompanied by pictures.  It seems I have become the go to girl for recipes, ideas on how to eat healthy or simple inquires of various new alcoholic beverages on the market. I can't count the number of tweets I have received to start a cookbook.  Since my recent relocation i decided to get started.....I hope I have your support to follow my most enjoyable hobby! :)

Here a few of my recent dishes:

  1. A twitter follower requested this lobster roll recipe:

1.Take a large butcher knife (if you aren't chef use the biggest sharpest knife you have!) Take the lobster laying flat and butterfly it right down its back. Detach meat from sides and pull and yet keep the shell in tact and carefully lay meat of above shell. Continue for all lobster tails...which were only $2.99 for a week at Harris Teeter. Place lobster back down on grill for 3-5 minutes. Flip
    2. Combine butter, paparika and garlic. Add this to lobster meat. let it melt into shell then remove.
    3. Pull meat from shell and rough chop. Combine with capers, green onions freshly squeezed lemon, light mayo, sour cream, dill, taragon and fresh ground pepper/salt.
    4. Take your fav bun pull the excess bread out and stuff!

    Enjoy,
